Just days after a tape of LA Clippers owner, Donald Sterling, making racist remarks leaked, NBA Commissioner, Adam Silver met with the press to discuss the fate of Sterling in the NBA. The result –> Adam Silver banned Donald Sterling from the NBA for life. He also gave Sterling the maximum fine of $2.5 million. The NBA will then “force” Sterling to sell the team. Sterling has owned the team since 1981.
